Location. The Belleview Biltmore Resort & Spa occupies 23 landscaped acres atop a 30 foot bluff in a Clearwater, Fla., gated residential community. The resort overlooks the western Intracoastal waterway.
Hotel Features. Built in 1897, this Victorian style property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. A broad driveway lined with palm trees and Spanish moss draped live oak leads to the hotel's historic lobby. Guestrooms. This four story resort offers 226 guestrooms of varying configurations. Select rooms are furnished with ceiling fans and decorative, non functional fireplaces, while all accommodations feature period mahogany furnishings.
